Don’t come for Monica if she didn’t send for you. The R&B vet had to put a groupie in check after she claimed that her husband, NBA baller Shannon Brown, has been cheating on her.

Ever since Iggy Azalea’s fiance, Nick Young, was busted for allegedly cheating on the Aussie rapper thanks to Lakers teammate D'Angelo Russell's leaked video, everyone seems to be looking for the next basketball couple’s marriage to fall by the wayside due to infidelity.

In Monica's situation, an unidentified Instagram model reportedly told that Shannon flew her out for a romantic tryst in Miami. The woman also revealed steamy DMs that she allegedly received from Shannon as well. This sparked rumors that Monica’s perfect marriage is about to implode.

Not so according to the Code Red creator. The R&B mom went on her Instagram page to state the obvious -- she doesn't answer to gossip.

"Center of My Joy In life tests are sure to come & because of my faith & belief that God is in control I don't run to talk about my problems because I'm too busy thanking him for the good he's doing in my life," Monica wrote in the caption of a video of her playing with her three children. "I'm not fake I just refuse to give the devil Glory that only God should have!! My babies got me smiling!!"

We must mentioned that Monica's husband is no where to be found in the video. Nevertheless, Monica's post sparked mixed reactions from her followers.

Her supportive fans responded with kind words and told the R&B singer that she didn't have to respond to the gossip. However, others came for her head and accused the singer of deflecting from the issue that her husband may be an adultery.

Either way, it appears that Monica is not going to let gossip and innuendo affect her marriage or well-being.
