Looks like Rapper  Bow Wow is is being sued for at least $75,000 in damages after pulling out of a concert, and the make-up date, in St. Louis, Missouri. According to sources, a lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court, St. Louis, Bow Wow was booked to perform at a family function at St. Charles Family Arena, but was canceled by Bow Wow's agency because ticket sales didn't meet the company's expectations. Bow was rebooked for a makeup date to perform during the "Back to School Jam" that was held at Rotary Park in Wentzville back in September. The lawsuit claims that Bow Wow failed to show up at the event. The second cancellation was when the Mayor of the city personally lent a hand to help promote the event, which planned to donate a portion of the proceeds to local chapters of Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Mayor Lambi stated during an interview, "There were a lot of fans waiting to see (Bow Wow) and looking forward to the show,  the concert promoter had put a lot of work into it, It was kind of embarrassing for him because he got the mayor involved, the charities, and then the guy [Bow Wow] didn't show." The company paid Bow Wow $50,000 up front, another $43,000 on promotions, venues and Bow Wow's rider requests including first-class tickets for himself and entourage, five-star hotel accommodations and special meals. Lawyers have been following Bow Wow around the country trying to serve him papers, but couldn't get to the rapper because of his security detail. Apparently Bow Wow is playing a game of cat and mouse to avoid being served.
