Military Breastfeeding Pic Stirs Controversy

I'm told that the U.S. Military has rules.  I had to do some searching after being told these "rules" exist and it was confirmed on many websites I checked.  So with that said, I'm going out on a limd all by myself on this one...THE MILITARY BREASTFEEDING PICTURE!  My opinion is that it's COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE!  

Please understand my reasoning here: Breastfeeding has NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO WITH ANY ASPECT OF MILITARY DUTY.  According to the rules you can't kiss, hold hands, dance or party, etc, etc... you can't do anything in uniform that IS NOT RELATIVE TO YOUR JOB!  I think the picture and the act of breastfeeding WHILE IN UNIFORM is inappropriate...What Do You Think?
