Meek Mill's house arrest, while better than jail, is putting a strain on things. First, there is clearly the issue of mobility. Second, there is the court ordered mandate that says the Philly rapper is not allowed to release new music while locked down in el casa. With the Dreamchaser recently releasing two freestyles on the Internet, many people were wondering if Meek had somehow violated his current situation. Fear not. It looks like there is a loophole in the sanction.

According to TMZ, Meek Mill's precept allows him to release music, but with a catch. The judge is only allowing the MMG MC to put out music in order to "protect his brand." And the music has to be released on free music streaming servies i.e. YouTube and Soundcloud. This means no bread for the Philly MC while he serves his 90 day sentence. But at least his career won't have to lie dormant for three months. Meek was also featured on the Young Thug song "Digits" which the Atlanta rapper recently put out.

While on house arrest Meek's boo Nicki Minaj has been holding him down. At a recent concert in Cape Town, South Africa, the Young Money diva dedicated her show to her BF. During the show, the Pinkprint rapper took a moment to tell the crowd that she missed her man. After recording a video of the crowd screaming out “Baby, I miss you,” to send to Meek, a slideshow of pictures of the couple ran on the screen behind her.
