A 21-year-old man in Tennessee had his constitutional rights (according to him) violated during a routine Fourth of July traffic stop.

The driver of the car recorded the entire incident, from the officer asking him to roll his window all the way down (and him refusing to do so), to a dog doing an outside sniff and search (with an officer administering a false alert to the dog for drugs so that they could search the inside of the car), to officers searching the inside of his car, only to discover that they were being taped -- and even recognized that the man knew his constitutional rights.

Do you think this young man was wrong for refusing to comply with law enforcement during this traffic stop?
