According to ABC NEWS, a homeless man in NYC has been arrested for the murder death of another man he pushed in front of an oncoming subway train as onlookers watched the man being run over by the subway train and die.  There's some speculation that the victim may have been drinking and caused a conflict with the "pusher" who may have been defending himself....but to the extent you push someone onto the subway tracks!!!!!!?....I'm not sure that makes ANY sense.

The even MORE AMAZING aspect of this story is that apparently people just WATCHED and DID NOT HELP...instead some pulled out their phones and taped the incident?  Would you have helped the man?

Here are some SURVEILLANCE VIDEO prior to the man being pushed along with other videos of an interview with a photographer who tok photos (but didn't help the man) and other people being pushed onto subway tracks: (disturbing but nothing graphic is shown)
