Man Killed At His Birthday BBQ On Box Street

According to wivb.com, Police were called to Buffalo's east side last night with reports of gunfire.

Curtis Smith 29, was enjoying a birthday BBQ with family and friends on Box Street when two cars pulled up began shooting.

Smith was shot multiple times and taken to Erie County Medical Center where he later died.
