Man Calls Obama The N-Word on C-SPAN [AUDIO] ***WARNING*** (May Be Offensive To Some)

This is somewhat unbelievable to me!!!....

Because I work in radio and the media, I KNOW that most media forms have a DELAY provision in place such that if a person uses profanity or says something grossly inappropriate, those words or statements can be prevented from airing... so what happened here regarding this LIVE CALL ON CSPAN...why was this allowed on the air...AND...why would this man say what he said, knowing he's LIVE ON THE AIR???
