In 2008, I remember reporting that Exit 13 would be LL's 12th and final album. But apparently, he just can't stay away from the studio. In fact, he just released a new software that allows him to record with anyone at any time.

Details inside about the new album and your chance to see him Rock the Bells in Buffalo!

Ladies love watching cool J lick them lips on NCIS: Los Angeles, and who could forget him as the host of the Grammys in February.

On September 1, 2012 I have the honor of bringing LL Cool J to the Buffalo Place Rocks the Harbor stage. With tickets just $10, there is no excuse not to enjoy one last summer night out with the Greatest MC of all time.

In a recent press conference, LL Cool J announced the launch of his new virtual studio recording software, My Connect Studio, in conjunction with Sony digital.

He also revealed that he has been using the software to record his 13th studio album! The G.O.A.T. is confident when describing his first album in four years:

"It’s authentic Hip Hop, it’s the business…it’s 2012, so it doesn’t sound like it would sound if it were 10 years ago or 20 years ago, but it’s definitely official. It’s a breath of fresh air.

Although LL didn’t reveal a title or ballpark release date, he did suggest that his 13th studio album would give listeners something that they haven’t heard.

"It doesn’t sound like anything that’s out right now. I think it’s crazy. It’s the business. It’s real.”
