Kendrick Lamar is sitting at the top of rap in GQ's 'Men of the Year' issue.

The Compton, Calif., native has been dubbed the "King of Rap" by the men's fashion bible and appears on one of the covers donning a suit and tie while holding a mic and showcasing a smile.

In the spread, Kendrick doesn't mince words when it comes to lyrical competitor Drake. According to Complex, K. Dot is asked if the two rappers are friends despite throwing shots on the song 'Control' and at the 2013 BET Awards. The rapper says that they're "pretty cool," but adds, "I mean, I would be OK if we weren't... If anything. We all peers."

The December 2013 issue of GQ featuring the 'good kid, m.A.A.d city' creator on the cover arrives on newsstands this week.
