Katt Williams Sued For Injuring Server With A Salt Shaker

Katt Williams assaulted a waiter with a salt shaker back in 2016 and the incident has come back to haunt him! He is currently being sued by the waiter he assaulted.

Apparently, Katt and a group of friends had arrived to Spondivits Restaurant in Atlanta, GA on April 27th, 2016. They were greeted by server, Kevin Oliveira, and per documents obtained by The Blast, he explained that there would be a bit of a wait to accommodate the comedian and his party.

Oliveira claims that Katt became upset and threw a salt shaker at his face causing “severe injuries.” He says he had to be transported to the hospital to get ten stitches to treat a gash on his lip and mouth.

Now, Oliveira is seeking unspecified damages for his “medical expenses, impairment of earning capacity and past and future lost earnings.”
