Karen Clark Sheard Nominated for “Best Gospel Artist”

Karen Clark Sheard (member of the Clark Sisters) nominated for “Best Gospel Artist” at this year’s upcoming BET Awards, made Gospel music history in January by becoming the first artist honored with “The Albertina Walker Female Vocalist of the Year Award” from the Stellar Awards. Also, she was nominated for prestigious Grammy,  Dove Awards this year, nominated for this year’s “Best Gospel Artist” honors at the BET Awards that will be live on BET star-studded telecast on Sunday, June 26, 2011.
