Kanye West, and a slew of other celebrities who call Los Angeles their home, appear in a new video by 30 Seconds to Mars called 'City of Angels.' In the 11-minute clip, the lineup of superstars confess their love/hate relationship with the city that made them famous.

Yeezy’s L.A. stories are heartfelt as he explains how the city has treated him -- both good and bad -- throughout his career.

"The city took my mother, but this city also gave me my child," he says during a touching moment. "The city of angels is my paradox. My nightmares are my dreams."

West’s mother, Dr. Donda West, passed away in November 2007, after undergoing a plastic surgery procedure. Six years later, Los Angeles is the city where 'Ye became a father as he and his fiancee, Kim Kardashian, welcomed the birth of their first child, North West.

Other celebrities making cameo appearances in the visual include James Franco, Lindsay Lohan, Corey Feldman, Juliette Lewis, Selena Gomez, a Michael Jackson impersonator and 30 Seconds to Mars frontman Jared Leto.

'City of Angels' is from 30 Seconds to Mars' latest album, 'Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams.' Check out the band’s cover of Rihanna’s 'Stay' here.
