It would seem that Justin Bieber is in the ‘tying up loose ends’ phase of his new ‘Believe’ album, and he’s called in his mentor Usher to make sure things are sounding swag-worthy.

Late Wednesday night, Usher tweeted to his 2.8 million followers that he was leaving the studio with the Biebs and that the 17-year-old ‘Baby’ singer’s forthcoming release got his stamp of approval. “Just left the studio with lil bro…soundin good. URIV,” he posted just after midnight. “I’m headed out tonight…the homie Diplo is spinnin’ at Echo Plex…Let’s go! URIV.”

The Biebs shared the sentiment with his nearly 17 million Twitter followers, re-tweeting Usher’s message and shedding just a little more light on what was happening behind the studio glass. “alot of good people in the studio tonight. been working hard. tomorrow morning #MjForever,” he tweeted following a tweet about singing for people in the streets “just like old times.”

It seems as though Usher wasn’t the only big name in the studio with Justin yesterday, however. 15-year-old Aussie heartthrob Cody Simpson shared with his fans that he too was laying down some jams, though he didn’t let on whether that was for the Biebs’ ‘Believe’ record or his own. “chilled with the mate @justinbieber in the studio tonight. look for some great records coming. #AustraliaToCanada #CoastToCoast,” he said.

If there’s anything we can take from this information, it’s that Justin Bieber’s new album is going to be good. Really good.
