Just Released Video Of Georgia Guards Beating Inmates With Hammer [VIDEO]

While the country is going nuts over Miley Cyrus, the Georgia Department of Corrections just released a video of inmates being beat with a hammer by prison guards.

As you may or may not know there are more African Americans imprisoned than were in slaved in 1865 right after the Civil War.

What would make someone in a controlled environment treat another human being in this manner and where is the mass media coverage of this incident?
