Jim Jones has officially been charged in relation to his June arrest in Coweta County, Ga.

According to an Oct. 10 report from TMZ, the Harlem rapper is facing five felonies including three counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He also has one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana, less than an ounce.

As previously reported, Capo was arrested back on June 20 after the car he was a passenger in lead Georgia police officers on a brief chase. Cops were attempting to pull over the driver's Mercedes SUV. The ride collided with a police cruiser before the driver and the occupants exited the vehicle. Upon a search, police discovered marijuana, prescription pills including Oxycodone and Percocet, vape cartridges and two loaded handguns. Since no one in the vehicle admitted to possession of any of the items found, all were arrested. Jones is to be arraigned on the charges later this month.

Jim Jones and Juelz Santana are both dealing with legal issues, which is putting a damper on the upcoming Dipset reunion. Juelz is facing multiple years in prison after pleading guilty to a gun charge.

Last month, Jones teased the tracklist for the reunion project, which will also feature Cam'ron and Freekey Zekey. A couple of days ago, Jones shared the name and release date for the highly-anticipated new project titled Diplomatic Ties. The release date is set for Nov. 22. The project would be the group's first studio release since Diplomatic Immunity 2 in 2004.
