Jim Jones Arrested

Wrong place at the wrong time I'm guessing for rapper Jim jones. According to TMZ, he was busted for gun and drug possession after a police chase with Georgia cops in Cowetta County.

Sources say Jim was a backseat passenger and the car stopped after it HIT a deputy’s vehicle. The cops reportedly found marijuana, oxycodone, Percocet, vape cartridges, THC oil, 2 loaded pistols and cash in the car. Jim Jones

TMZ reports that Jim said he told the driver to pull over but she was acting “incoherent.” He admitted that he had a prescription for oxycodone and Percocet, but since no one claimed the other items, they all were arrested. He was hit with charges for possession of the stolen gun, possession of a firearm during commission of a crime and possession of narcotics.” He also got a misdemeanor charge for not having his prescription pills in their original container.

He’s since been released on $7,000 bail.
