Jay Z Goes Platinum Before Album Release #MagnaCartaHolyGrail

Yes you read the title right! Jay Z's new album Magna Carta Holy Grail has already gone platinum and it's not even done yet!! That alone is something to tweet about. So he did! 

According to the 3 min Samsung Galaxy commercial that aired during NBA Playoff Game 5, Jay-Z will release his 12th solo album — Magna Carta Holy Grail — July 4th.

As part of his promotion deal, Samsung bought 1 million copies of the albums that some fans will receive for free. Samsung Galaxy Smartphone users will be able to download an app on June 24 that will allow the first 1 million users to unlock Jay-Z's Magna Carta Holy Grail.

Jay Z has 2.5 million followers on Twitter, yet he follows zero! And he has only sent out 4 tweets in 2013! But when your album goes platinum before it's release date, that's something to tweet about!
