Just last week, Rap-a-lot CEO, J. Prince said that he was still committed to getting both his son (Jas Prince) and Lil Wayne's money from Birdman. Now, TMZ reports that Jas Prince has filed a new lawsuit against Birdman and Ronald “Slim” Williams for failing to pay for Drake's deal.

Jas Prince is responsible for finding Drake and taking him to Cash Money, and says he hasn't been properly compensated—Prince and Aspire Music Group (which Prince owns a large chunk of) are entitled to one-third of Drake's Young Money/Cash Money profits, according to the lawsuit. The suit says that Jas and Aspire were cheated out of $4 million.

Aspire filed the new suit, but TMZ claims that sources say Jas is "calling the shots."  Marc Kasowitz, who is a lawyer for Donald Trump, is also said to be working the case.
