Jail Cell Block Attendant Accused of Beating Buffalo Man Who Is Suing the City!

There's been some discrepancy with respect to the release of the video allegedly showing cell block attendant Matthew Jaskula beating 38-year-old Shaun Porter in the cell block area located in the basement of the Buffalo City Court building.

Buffalo Police arrested Porter on May 19 on Wilson Street. According to WGRZ News, Powell was charged with assault, criminal mischief, harassment and trespass. Powell is suing the City of Buffalo.

Now it's been announced that the video will be released!  According to WGRZ News, Mayor Byron Brown was quoted as saying:

“As soon as the investigation has concluded, no matter what the outcome is, we will release the video,”
