Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have been married 16 years now, which in Hollywood terms is basically a recreation of 'The Notebook.'

In response to this lengthy union, there have been a barrage of rumors over the years that the duo have been together so long because they have an open relationship. A rumor that Jada finds incredibly amusing.

"I've always told Will, 'You can do whatever you want as long as you can look at yourself in the mirror and be okay,'" Pinkett explained on HuffPost Live. "Because at the end of the day, Will is his own man. I'm here as his partner, but he is his own man. He has to decide who he wants to be and that's not for me to do for him. Or vice versa."

The Smiths have been dealing with such claims since 2008. Because apparently it's not possible to have such a long marriage in Hollywood without some sort of shenanigans being involved.

Even with these rumors being unfounded, it's not all sunshine, lollipops and rainbows for the couple -- Pinkett admitted they have their problems just like anyone else.

"I don't think it's easy to be married to anyone. I think that you have to go into a relationship knowing -- especially when you're dedicating yourself to someone for the rest of your life -- this is a life partnership," she explained. "He's my best friend. He's been by my side through some of the most difficult parts of my life. And so that's something you can never take away."

Besides, have you seen the guns on this girl? Cheat on her at your own peril, Will.
