Health is wealth, and we want you to be RICH!  Join us for the 'Spring Into Health' Fair, presented by Power 93.7 WBLK, the William-Emslie YMCA and Fidelis Care, on Saturday, April 7th!  Get all the details on this free event!

The 'Spring Into Health' Fair is free and open to the public! Moms, bring the family out to the William-Emslie YMCA, located at 585 William Street in Buffalo, on Saturday, April 7th from 11 am to 2 pm! We'll have Zumba and boot camp demos, HIV/HCV testing, health screenings, a blood drive, healthy snacks, activities for the kids, costume characters, health and wellness information, KeyBank will provide information about Health Savings Accounts,  prizes and more! Plus, we'll have your chance to win Beyonce and Jay Z and Kendrick Lamar tickets and other great prizes!

The William-Emslie YMCA will be giving tours of the facility and waive it's join fee for anyone who joins at the Spring Into Health Fair!!

We will have activities for the kids, including costume characters, stretches & creative dance demos, coloring sheets, and more, so bring them out!

Special Break-Out Session on Mental Health from 12:30 to 1 pm:
"Wellness: It's not just physical" by Karl Shallowhorn will focus on the importance of mental health and cover such topics as stress, depression, anxiety and trauma. There will also be tips to lead a healthier life.

Karl Shallowhorn’s career in the fields of mental health and addiction comes as a result of his own lived experience with bipolar disorder and substance abuse when he had his first episode at the age of 18. Community Health Center of Buffalo will be giving tours of it's Mobile Health Unit! It will also be providing blood pressure checks for those interested in taking a tour. The Mobile Health Unit sees patients without regard for their ability to pay, using a sliding fee scale for those who have no insurance.
