According to buffalorising.com, there are 10 Buffalo homes on the market for over $1M ... that 'M' means $ MILLION!  Now that's virtually unheard of in Buffalo...until now.  I'm gonna show you one of the 10 and I want to know if you think this home is worth $1.35M.  You're 'opinion' will probably be just that...an opinion, because most people don't know anything about houses up for sale other than what they SEE outwardly.
