Is Jay Z sick of Kanye West? An inside source tells Page Six that Hov "can't stand" Kanye.

In case you missed it, at a St. Pablo tour stop in Seattle, Wash. on Wednesday night (Oct. 19), Kanye said Jay Z didn't want to be on Drake's "Pop Style" out of respect for Meek Mill. Additionally, the song was out on Apple Music, and, of course, Hov reps TIDAL.

Kanye also touched on his current personal relationship with Hov, and how Jay called him after Kim Kardashian was robbed in Paris. Kanye said, “Don’t call me after the robbery and say, ‘How you feelin’?’ You wanna know how I’m feelin’? Come by the house ... Bring the kids by the house like we brothers ... Our kids ain’t never even played together.”

Now, sources are coming out and saying that Jay Z doesn't actually like Kanye that much. Page Six's "music insider" tells the publication, “[Jay Z] looks at [Kanye] as this crazy, eccentric motherfucker he can tolerate in small doses. Kanye is a nut job. Everyone knows that.” However, a source close to West tells a different story, telling Page Six, “It didn’t seem like Kanye was dissing Jay at all. They are brothers, closer than friends. Jay appreciates Kanye’s genius, understands his passions and eccentricities and is accepting of it all.”

The first source countered that statement by saying, “That’s just perception. The reality is that Jay doesn’t want that much to do with him. He likes his own space and is private. They’re very much not the same person. Jay’s immediate circle is very insular, and Kanye is just a guy who always wants something in the spotlight.” Regardless of Kanye and Jay's current relationship, they've collaborated on so many classic records, and they will all stand the test of time. Hopefully, they continue to work together in the future. If not, there will always be dope songs to go back to and listen to.
