Is Chris Brown facing Jail Time?

It looks like singer Chris Brown is in trouble with the law yet again. According to TMZ, early this Sunday morning, Chris was arrested for allegedly punching a man in the face outside a hotel in Washington, D.C..  Reports say  Chris didn't appear to be intoxicated and the man on the other side of his punches didn't seem to throw any back. Chris and his bodyguard are believed to still be in custody while the complainant is in the hospital receiving medical treatment.

No matter how big or small the altercation is, this may be a direct violation to Brown’s probation from a previous assault incident against his ex- girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. He could definitely face some jail time if found guilty.

The 24 years old is extremely talented and needs to be more careful. He’s on the radar at all times so he must learn to keep his temper under control. It’s some people out there just looking for a come up. Chris Brown’s new EP entitled “X” is his sixth studio album and is expected to be released sometime next month.
