In a statement from longtime ESPN insider Adrian Wojanrowski, he details in a tweet that Carmelo’s career with the rockets is over, calling it a “brief stop.” He’s also added that there are no immediate plans to put Carmelo on waivers. The team also reportedly expect to make the announcement before the Rockets play the Golden State Warriors.
