Rochester High Speed Chase, Crash and Shooting Caught on Camera [VIDEO]

I can't imagine being a part of the following situation you're about to witnesses as it was caught on camera.  The footage is pretty unbelievable taking into this is not a Blockbuster Movie in local theatres.

The video captures the end of a high speed chase then crash, resulting in the individuals of both vehicles exiting their cars, with one of the car's occupants running after an occupant in the alternate car and SHOOTING AT HIM ..at least he was going to but supposedly, according to News Reports, his gun jammed.
