Heavy D Dead At 44

Rap legend Heavy D has died at a Los Angeles Hospital. Born Dwight Arrington Myers, Heavy D is known for Hip Hop Classics such as We Got Our Own Thang, Overweight Lover, and so many more. According to TMZ Police were called around 11:00 this morning to a home where they found an unconscious Heavy D, in a drive way.

He was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital where he was pronounced dead at 1pm. Heavy D had just returned from an overseas trip where he had caught pneumonia. Heavy D is definitely a huge loss to the Hip Hop community he was recently featured on the BET Hip Hop awards where he shocked the crowd with his dance moves.

R.I.P. Heavy D you will definitely be missed, there are very artist in the rap game who promote positivity like Heavy D did.
