Happy “We Run This City”

Every City has that 1 guy who when people come to town (Artist, Celebrities, etc..) they make sure they stop and see and show respect, Well in Buffalo Ny Happy is that guy. Don't get it twisted this has nothing to do with money or connections but with the hard work that Happy has done for years to earn his position. Everything from Local award shows to mix-tapes Happy started from the bottom and built his empire on solid ground. Even Being one of Buffalo's elite happy doesn't have a problem with getting his hands dirty (not literally) if an artist needs a drink or anything Happy without a question doesn't just send a worker to go do it , he does it him self. And that attitude of never thinking your "TO BIG" is the reason why Happy is happy and one of the few who can honestly say "We Run This City"
