It looks like Gucci Mane will have plenty of time to think about the actions that landed him in his current situation as he sits in an Atlanta jail with no bond.

On Tuesday (March 26), the Brick Squad founder turned himself in to Fulton County police after being accused of using a weapon to commit an assault on a fan at an Atlanta nightclub.

On Wednesday, he made his first court appearance and was denied bond. Gucci won't be sleeping in his own bed for at least two weeks.

The Atlanta rapper has always had a ton of legal issues on his plate but this latest problem may not be going anywhere anytime soon.

On Friday (March 22), an arrest warrant was filed on the 'Trap God 2' creator after an army soldier reported that Gucci clobbered him in the head with a champagne bottle at the popular nightspot, Harlem Nights. The image of the resulting gash in the fan's scalp quickly circulated on the web in the days following. The man says he had a concussion and needed 10 stitches to close the wound.

Another fan reportedly had a physical altercation with Gucci in Philadelphia on March 18. The alleged victim says that the rapper punched the left side of his face, causing his glasses to fly off his nose. "I haven't ever been so humiliated in my life and disrespected," he told MTV News.

Gucci's former protege, Waka Flocka, who's been having his own share of issues with the 'Springbreakers' star, spoke freely with MTV's RapFix Live on Wednesday, saying, "He ain't it, he's bad vibes around me. I greet fans; he punches fans. It's a difference."

Waka also said that he'd "never" make music with Gucci again.

We're not sure how that would work since they're both Brick Squad members but Gucci won't be available to give any light on the statement for awhile.

The rapper will have to remain in jail until April 10, when he'll make his next court appearance.
