Good Driver / Bad Driver

It's not often talked about openly...you may hear patrons of local transit services talking among themselves about their experiences with BAD BUS DRIVERS and GOOD BUS DRIVERS...but very seldom OPENLY.

Are bus drivers MOSTLY good or MOSTLY bad? Is it completely the bus driver's fault in cases where you've seen bus drivers respond BADLY? Should drivers use restraint AT ALL TIMES NO MATTER WHAT???
