The Buffalo Urban League Young Professionals is an award-winning, unique entity of the Buffalo Urban League designed to serve as an empowerment forum for individuals compromised primarily in the age range of 21 to 40 living in Buffalo and Western New York.

BULYP advocates and supports the mission of the Buffalo Urban League by training the next generation of leaders through:
• Volunteer opportunities
• Political engagement
• Personal and professional development
• Fund development

BULYP is connected nationally with nearly 60 chapters of the National Urban League Young Professionals. This network of young professionals across the country works to eradicate social and economic inequalities through the local implementation of the National Urban League’s Empowerment agenda.
