Georgia Governor Nathan Deal is getting behind a plan to require parents to be drug tested before receiving welfare. Of course there is some push back from several organizations and some of which are saying that a new law like this would violate an individual’s fourth amendment right for the protection against unreasonable searches.

If such a law as this one in Georgia becomes a reality and spreads to other states like New York, it may have a tremendous effect on a lot of families in our state and community.
