We know citizens can be arrested for "Obstructing Justice" ... but a Police Officer apparently fired for doing the same is unimaginable!!

Former Police Officer Cariole Horne feels she was a victim 10 years ago...a victim of her doing the right thing...but being fired for her actions.  In 2007 Cariole Horne was fired from her position with BPD after trying to keep another officer from choking a handcuffed suspect, but after arbitration hearings, she ended in her being fired!.

Horne was hurt when she tried to stop her fellow officer from making an arrest but was subsequently fired during arbitration hearings.  She was denied disability pension and is now back in court 10 years later to get the decision reversed.
