Flo Rida has managed to avoid jail time for his Miami Beach DUI arrest in June. TMZ says the ‘Good Feeling‘ star has struck a deal with prosecutors that will keep him out of the slammer.

The rapper, born Tramar Dillard, must enroll in a first-time offenders program called “Back on Track,” which requires drug testing, community service, and classroom instruction regarding substance abuse. His DUI will be reduced to a reckless driving charge if he completes the program.

Flo was stopped back in June at 3:30 in the morning in his $1.7 million 2008 Bugatti for swerving in his lane. Police said he was unable to walk a straight line, telling them, “Officer I can’t do this. I don’t feel I can walk a straight line. I had a few drinks. Let’s try another test.”

Police claimed Flo Rida had a blood-alcohol level of .185, more than twice the legal limit. With this mess apparently behind him, the rapper can get back to promoting ‘Good Feeling’ and his upcoming album ‘Only One Rida (Part 2).’
