Erie County Rat Infestation on the Rise! [VIDEO]

You're probably familiar with the huge statue in the middle of Lafayette Square downtown across from the library?  Well that monument is also right across the street  from the Rand Building where the WBLK Studios are housed.

I'm making reference to that structure because on any given day, you can see rats running in and out of the base of that structure via a route through the shrubbery surrounding the fixture.

Erie County health Officials are now revealing that rat Infestation in Erie County is 'On The Rise' and offer some solutions for you so as to avoid these rodents.
