Elderly Man Shot By Police During Traffic Stop For Walking Cane [VIDEO]

A police officer pulled over a senior citizen in the small town of York, SC for expired tags. When the elderly man pulled over without hesitation and exited his vehicle, he then reached back in the truck to get his walking cane and that's when the police officer began shooting!
