It looks like two of Toronto's biggest stars could be working together again.

When both Drake and The Weeknd posted the same photo on their respective Instagram accounts over the weekend, everyone started buzzing about whether or not there was a new collaboration in the works. With the dim lighting in the photo and no hints of where they actually were stationed, the two could just be hanging out or in the studio cutting a new track. Neither party has yet to confirm anything.

The Weeknd has worked on a few tracks for Drake, including 'Crew Love' and 'Shot for Me' on his sophomore LP, 'Take Care.' And while there were rumors that the two had a falling out due to the fact that The Weeknd didn't sign to Drake's OVO label, the stories were squashed when the 'Kiss Land' creator set the record straight with Complex.

"Not that's not true. Definitely not true. But it makes sense. The thing about Drake is I told him what my decisions were going to be. And he was down with it from the beginning," he said in the interview.

Drake's OVO Fest will be kicking off on Aug. 4 in Toronto. Maybe The Weeknd, whose 'Kiss Land' album arrives Sept. 10, will make a special appearance, and the two could reveal the story behind the photo.

'Nothing Was the Same,' Drake's third LP, will debut Sept. 17.
