Rapper Drake has finally sold his Miami condos that were on the market for $2.5 million. The side-by-side apartments were bought by Miami Heat b-baller Mario V. Chalmers for $2.4 million, almost $100,000 less than the original asking price.

Realtor Danny Hertzberg told AOL Real Estate that it was a great deal considering that the condos are located in the posh Marquis Residences building in downtown Miami. “It’s a spectacular property, in the heart of Miami,” he said. “The opportunity to work with Drake and his team was fantastic.”

The lavish condos, which were featured in DJ Khaled‘s ‘I’m On One’ video, boasts four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, glass walls, marble staircases and views of Biscayne Bay. The Marquis also offers high-class amenities such as an indoor spa, fitness center, private elevators, an open-air sky pool deck and valet parking.

But don’t worry, Drake is not homeless. The ‘Motto’ rapper is currently renting a $9 million mansion in Hidden Hills, Calif., for $45,000 a month. According to In Flex We Trust, the bachelor pad features 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a volleyball court, wine cellar, a mechanical bull(?) and a five-stall horse facility with a riding arena. WTF? We didn’t know that Drake likes to be a cowboy in his spare time.

Anyhoo, we would like to congratulate Drake on selling his Miami property and his new digs at the Drizzy Drake Ranch. Go get ‘em, cowboy!
