One day after J. Cole apologized for his offensive line about autism on 'Jodeci Freestyle,' Drake posted his own apologetic letter on his October's Very Own blog.

In the blog post, Drizzy accepted responsibility for the lyric appearing on the song. Furthermore, he will remove the offending line, which has hurt families and celebrities dealing with children who have autism.

Here's Drake's letter in its entirety:

J. Cole wrote a beautiful and moving apology to individuals and families affected by autism who were understandably hurt by a verse in "Jodeci Freestyle". I share responsibility and offer my sincerest apologies for the pain this has caused. Individuals with autism have brilliant and creative minds, and their gifts should not be disparaged or discounted. This was a learning lesson for both of us, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to try to right this wrong. J. Cole and I believe that it is the right, responsible, and respectful decision to remove the lyric from the song."

This will be good news for Anna Kennedy, a mother of two autistic children, who originally posted the digital petition demanding that Drake and Cole apologize and remove the lyric.

We are proud of J. Cole and Drake for taking responsibility for their actions and doing the right thing. Bravo!
