Does the Way African American Males Dress Cause Them to be Targeted More By Police?

Tonight's topic is stemming from an interview RZA, from The Wutang Clan did on Bloomberg TV. RZA was talking about his "All Lives Matter" campaign and made some comments people are criticizing him about. The rapper spoke about African American men and said their style of dress is what sparks police to target them.

RZA said he's not condemning black males for their garments , but they should learn to evolve." When are we men at 21 or 41"?

Basically he said if Black men dressed better and carried themselves with more respect, cops and authorities wouldn't have negative sterotypes and unnecessary force wouldn't be such a common occurrence.
