Well, here we are again, a day after the Supreme Court’s latest decision on immigration and how it should be handled across the country.On the democratic side, politicians feel that the new ruling paves the way for racial profiling, while on the other side of the fence, Republicans feel that the new ruling will allow states to implement their own immigration policies.

Did President Barack Obama get it right by challenging the law’s constitutionality?
