So today, on Martin Luther King Day, director Spike Lee decides to speak out against the lack of diversity in the nominations for the Oscars this year. He took to IG to let the people know he and his wife Tonya would not be attending the Academy Awards because this is the 2nd consecutive year and 20 contenders that the best actor category is "all white".

Jada Pinkett-Smith also posted a video on social media speaking out about the fact that it's the academy's choice who they nominate and invite. She said she will not be at the Awards either because we need to recognize our power. Her husband Will Smith wasn't nominated for his role in Concussion which was an amazing movie. She also added that she still supports  this year's host Chris Rock and other people of color that were nominated , but she's pulling back.

So tonight's question is Do you support the Oscar's boycott?
