A production team is suing Revolt TV for allegedly firing them because they were white and too old. According to the New York Post’s Page Six, four producers - Todd Baker, Douglas Goodstein, Richard Wilson, Michael Schiff and Jason Preziosi - have come together to file a lawsuit against Diddy’s music television network claiming they were victims of reverse discrimination.

In the suit, the four men, who have produced televised broadcasts of Howard Stern’s radio shows in the past, were hired in January 2014 to produce the broadcasts of Power 105.1's popular morning radio program The Breakfast Club for Revolt TV. They claim that executives at Revolt treated them worse than the African-American workers on the job. The production team, who are all white and over age 39, alleged that executives were rude to them but ignored the unprofessionalism of the African-American employees.

"Revolt tolerated a particularly high level of unprofessional behavior by the African-American staff. Specifically, African-American employees who arrived to work intoxicated or hungover," reads the lawsuit.

The four mean also claim in their suit that they were frequently told "they did not understand the culture," however, they contend that their job did not require them to have a firm grasp of black culture. They argued that regardless of the show's subject matter, they were able to perform the duties without any confusion.

The production team was eventually fired in December 2014 and replaced with younger, inexperienced black employees, according to court documents.

The production team are seeking damages to be determined at trial. None of the The Breakfast Club personalities or Power 105.1 was named in the lawsuit.
