Its official! The 2012 NBA playoffs are in full effect. The Chicago Bulls were victorious today over the Philadelphia 76ers (103-91), but not before leading scorer Derrick Rose was injured in Game 1.

Rose was driving to the hoop in the last minutes of the 4th quarter, pulled up to shoot, but passed the ball, and came down hard on his left knee. With some assistance Rose limped off the court and was reportedly rushed to the hospital.

Will the guard be out for the rest of the playoffs? Before suffering the injury Rose had 23 points with 9 assists and 9 rebounds. Do you think the Bulls have a fighting chance without Derrick Rose?
