Convicted Murderer, Rapist Granted Parole

I feel most everybody deserves a second chance. Keyword "Most"; some crimes I feel you should never see the light of day again for committing.

According to authorizes, Thomas Kennedy raped and killed a nine-year-old girl almost 30 years ago and now he may be released on parole.
