For week 20 of 26 free and inclusive Monday night community bike rides, Slow Roll Buffalo's Butler-McKinley Ride will gather at the Buffalo Irish Center.

This Monday's 10-mile roundtrip route includes neighborhoods Abbott-McKinley, Butler Park, Cazenovia Park and South Abbott along major streets Abbott, Seneca, Indian Church, Mineral Spring, Potters and McKinley, guided by our trained squad of more than 100 volunteers. Two "mass-up" stops allow for regrouping while community stakeholders inform riders of history, events and issues in the immediate area.

We'll return to the Irish Center for an afterparty with food, drinks, music and fellowship.

When: Tonight - Monday, September 17th, meet at 5:30pm, roll at 6:30pm

Why: Reconnect the City of Good Neighbors

In standard Slow Roll structure, the ride the cover 10 miles at a leisurely pace of around 10 miles per hour, with cyclists of all ages and skill levels guided by more than 100 Slow Roll Squad volunteers and a Buffalo Police Department motorcade. Two "mass-up" stops allow for regrouping while community stakeholders inform riders of history, events and issues in the immediate area.
