On Saturday morning a three-year-old boy was killed and his five-year-old sister remains in critical condition after a car jumped the curb and hit them as they were walking with their mother on Ring Road in Deleware Park. City and state workers have rushed to install temporary concrete “jersey” barriers between 198 and Deleware Park and the Govenor ordered the spped limit lowered from 50 mph to 30mph!

Permanent guardrails could be installed in about a week, Buffalo Public Works Commissioner Steve Stepniak said.
