For the umpteenth time, Ciara's long-awaited self-titled album has been pushed back yet again. The collection was originally set for June 4 but now it's been changed to July 9.

CiCi announced the switch up to fans on her Twitter feed on Tuesday (April 17). "Take A New Journey With Me. "CIARA"...July 9th! Pre-order now!" she tweeted.

"I started working on this record more than a year ago, and since then, I have found my creative clarity on the direction I wanted to go in," Ciara said in a press release (via Rap-Up). "It was almost a whole surge of fresh energy, and I pushed myself to be even more creative. I’m more open to change. I’m learning so much of about myself, and I’ve become really comfortable and free. This album goes beyond my music. This time it’s about taking a new journey with me.”

In addition, Ciara will premiere her new video for 'Body Party' on VEVO and BET's '106 & Park.' Director X helmed the clip, which was shot in the singer's hometown of Atlanta.

"It’s been so many years since I’ve done a video in Atlanta,” she said. “That alone was refreshing, but went beyond that. We captured the spirit of the song and the feeling of having a body party. It’s the perfect combination of fun and sensuality.”

Ciara's self-titled album, which boasts collaborations with Nicki Minaj and her boo Future, is now available for pre-order on iTunes.
