If you're going to get a tattoo like this, you'd be wise to avoid getting into legal trouble.

Ladies and gentlemen, please meet Jacob Pauda, a 30-year-old man from Lubbock, Tex., who was recently indicted on assault and weapons charges for beating his pregnant girlfriend and chasing her with a butcher's knife after he did cocaine. He also pulled her hair and tossed her on the ground, at which time he kicked her.

Class act, right?

We're not one to cast aspersions or judge a book by its cover, but Pauda doesn't exactly look like your model citizen. In case you didn't notice, he's got a skeleton tattoo covering his face, which makes him look pretty menacing (or a member of some terrible Insane Clown Posse cover band).

It's too bad. Between this inexcusable act and a tattoo that can scare toddlers from sleeping until their teen years, Pauda is probably going to have a tough time landing a job that doesn't have the words "haunted house" or "heavy telephone work" in the description.
